Kristen graduated with a Certificate of Merit from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition.  She is a member of the International organization of Nutritional Consultants where she must upgrade on a yearly basis to maintain membership which means more knowledge is passed on to you the client.

Kristen is a certified Pilates Teacher from the Physical Mind Institute in New York City and continues her education here in Toronto.  She offers small group Pilates classes in her home studio in Milton.

Kristen offers one-on-one nutrition consultations for various concerns, allergy and intolerance testing and allergy symptom removal.  As a holistic nutritionist and allergist she is dedicated in helping her clients make dietary and lifestyle changes that will have a long lasting effect on the quality of their life.
